Article 21-1. The specifics of including individual family members of ethnic Kazakhs, widows of Kandases and their common children in the regional quota for admission of Kandases The Law on Population Migration

 

     1. During the calendar year, members of the Kandas family, widows of the Kandas and their common children who arrived after the inclusion of Kandas in the regional quota of admission of the Kandas, as well as children born in the Republic of Kazakhstan before their parents obtained citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are included in the regional quota of admission of Kandas.

     2. The Kandases, widows of the Kandases and their common children residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan may apply to local executive bodies for inclusion of their family members in the regional quota for admission of Kandases and have the right to be included in it in accordance with the procedure established by Article 19-1 of this Law.

     3. If the Kandas, widows of the Kandas and their common children do not include children with their own family in their families, then the family members of the children are included in the regional quota of admission of the Kandas as part of the Kandas family only in cases of death of the Kandas children with their own family, deprivation of their parental rights or acquisition of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     At the same time, in order to include minor family members of Candace children who have their own family in the regional quota of admission of Candace, in cases of their death or deprivation of parental rights, the Candace (spouse of Candace) must be their guardian (trustee).
