Article 103. Conditions of serving a sentence of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Within the same medium or maximum security facility, as well as in a medium-security facility for the detention of minors, convicted persons may be placed in normal, strict, facilitated and preferential conditions of serving their sentences.
2. In institutions of full, extreme and minimal security, convicts may be in normal, strict and facilitated conditions of serving their sentences.
3. The transfer of convicts from one condition to another is carried out by decision of the commission of the institution, in the work of which representatives of local executive bodies of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital, as well as the public can participate.
