Article 56. Duties of the administration of the organization at the place of serving a sentence in the form of correctional labor of the Criminal Executive Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. The administration of the organization at the place of serving a sentence in the form of correctional labor is obliged to:
1) timely transfer deductions from the convicted person's salary to the Victims Compensation Fund, and submit supporting documents to the probation service once a quarter.;
2) notify the probation service within three working days about the convicted person's evasion from serving his sentence;
3) notify the probation service in advance about the transfer of the convicted person to other positions or dismissal.
2. Failure by the administration of an organization at the place of serving a sentence in the form of correctional labor to fulfill the duties specified in part one of this article shall entail liability established by law.
