1. Pre-conscription training in educational programs of additional education is carried out in organizations of basic secondary and general secondary, technical and vocational education in classes, groups of zhas aybyns. Also, pre-conscription training of zhas aybyns can be carried out in extracurricular organizations of additional education for children and with the participation of military units (institutions).

2. The procedure for organizing and passing pre-conscription training is determined by the rules of pre-conscription training in educational programs of additional education.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2012 No. 561-IV SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of military service by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the foundations of the state policy on social security for military personnel.
