1. Plans for the preparation of draft regulatory legal acts are divided into current, drawn up for one year, and prospective, drawn up for longer periods.

The long-term plans provide for the development of the most important regulatory legal acts, as well as regulatory legal acts, the preparation of which is planned for a period of more than one year.

2. The training plans specify:

1) the name of the regulatory legal act, reflecting its level, form and subject of regulation;

2) terms of preparation;

3) the bodies and organizations responsible for the development of the project.

3. Plans for the preparation of regulatory legal acts may be drawn up and approved by authorized bodies competent to adopt relevant acts, unless otherwise provided by this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. When drawing up plans for the preparation of draft regulatory legal acts, proposals from state and other bodies, organizations, including scientific ones, deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other interested persons, the results of legal and public monitoring, the results of discussion of advisory documents, as well as recommendations received through the information system "E-zannama" are taken into account.".

5. Authorized bodies that draw up and approve plans for the preparation of draft normative legal acts may include other indicators in the plans that reflect the preparation of these acts.

6. The procedure and forms of planning the preparation of draft normative legal acts issued by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan are determined by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
