Article 32-1. Professional training of the Law on Education
1. Professional training is aimed at accelerating the acquisition by students of new or modified professional skills necessary to perform a certain type of work. Professional training is not accompanied by an increase in the educational level of the student.
2. Professional training of employees or other persons who are not in an employment relationship with an employer is carried out by the employer directly on the basis of the enterprise (organization), training centers, courses, as well as in various educational and production structures of legal entities or educational organizations that implement educational training programs for technical and vocational, post-secondary education.
3. Professional training is carried out at the expense of the employer's funds or other means not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the training agreement.
The forms, content and scope of professional training are determined by the employer on the basis of existing educational curricula for the relevant profession.
The forms of professional training include training at an enterprise (in an organization), retraining in another specialty, and cooperative training based on corporate responsibility and apprenticeship.
4. Persons who have passed the qualification exam are assigned the appropriate level of qualification in a specific specialty and a certificate (certificate) of qualification is issued.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
