On the establishment of the state institution "Sports Team Training Center - Ushkyn - Iskra Sports Club" of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 2009 No. 874

  In order to create an effective system for the organization and development of physical culture and sports in the structure of the national security agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I DECREE:      

1. To create a state institution "Sports Team Training Center - Ushkyn - Iskra Sports Club of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the state institution) within the approved staffing limit of the system of national security agencies.    

2. To establish that the financing of a state institution is carried out at the expense and within the limits of the funds provided for in the republican budget for the relevant financial year to the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

3. The National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure the adoption of measures arising from this Decree.      

4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
