1. The course training of military personnel is carried out on a paid basis in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Defense based on the mobilization needs and the need to accumulate a military-trained reserve.

2. Those liable for military service who have completed a full course of military training according to the course training programs for those liable for military service are awarded another military rank in accordance with the procedure established by the rules of military service.

3. The procedure for the course training of military personnel is determined in accordance with the rules for the course training of military personnel, approved by the Ministry of Defense.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2012 No. 561-IV SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of military service by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan and defines the foundations of the state policy on social security for military personnel.
