Article 13. Functions of the National Chamber in the field of training, retraining, enhancement and recognition of professional qualifications of specialists in economic sectors and the development of technical and vocational education The Law On the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The National Chamber in the manner prescribed by regulatory legal acts:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/04/2023 No. 15-VIII (effective after sixty calendar days from the date of its first official publication). IZPI's note! Subparagraph 1-1) is provided to be deleted by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective from 01/01/2025).

1-1) Approves uniform and/or intersectoral standard labor standards and regulations for all fields of activity;

2) participates in the state certification of technical and vocational education organizations, with the exception of autonomous educational organizations;

3) participates in the work of the consultative and advisory body for licensing educational activities of legal entities implementing educational training programs for technical and vocational education;

4) performs functions in the field of recognition of professional qualifications provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Professional Qualifications";

5) participates in the collegial governing bodies of state organizations of technical and vocational education by agreement, with the exception of autonomous educational organizations;

6) makes proposals for the formation and placement of a state order for personnel training in accordance with the needs of the labor market of economic sectors;

7) participates in the activities of sectoral and regional councils for the development of technical and vocational education and training;

8) participates in the development of educational and methodological materials, including state mandatory education standards, educational curricula and plans for technical and vocational education;

9) monitors the needs of business entities for professional personnel;

10) develops and implements measures to promote the employment of specialists;

11) promotes the opening of training centers for professional training, retraining, advanced training and qualification in professions (specialties) of qualified workers and mid-level specialists;

12) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

13) promotes the conclusion of dual education agreements;

14) maintains a register of concluded dual education agreements;

15) provides training for mentors from enterprises (organizations) participating in dual training.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2013 No. 129-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
