On the signing of a Letter of Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the allocation of a grant for the preparation of the project "Groundwater protection and industrial wastewater treatment in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk"

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 9, 2003 No. 1182

  I decree:      

1. To approve the draft Letter of Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the allocation of a grant for the preparation of the project "Groundwater protection and industrial wastewater treatment in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk".      

2. Authorize Akhmetzhan Smagulovich Yessimov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan a Letter of Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development on the allocation of a grant for the preparation of the project "Groundwater Protection and Industrial Wastewater Treatment in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk".      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
