1. Information for the consumer of toys must necessarily contain the following data:

1) Product name;

2) the full name of the manufacturer and (or) the person placing the products on the market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, indicating the legal address;

3) the functional purpose of the toy or the scope of its application;

4) the main consumer properties and (or) characteristics;

5) the mark of conformity;

6) Operating instructions;

7) warnings about possible risks when using the toy and age restrictions.

2. Information about toys, except for those clearly not intended for children under three years of age, should contain explanations of the need to introduce an age limit.

3. Sleds, hanging swings, rings, trapezoids, ropes and similar devices mounted on a frame for suspending gymnastic equipment must be accompanied by instructions for installing the complex, indicating the elements that may pose a danger if improperly assembled, for periodic inspection and care of the most critical parts of the equipment (suspensions, floor fastenings, leashes, fasteners).

4. Functional toys or their packaging must contain a warning label containing information about the possibility of using the toy only under adult supervision, indicating the risks similar to those of using a device or product of which the toy is a reduced model or imitation, as well as the condition for storing the toy in places inaccessible to children.

5. Chemical toys must be accompanied by information about the dangerous substances contained, potential risks and necessary precautions, storage conditions for toys in places inaccessible to children, as well as first aid measures in case of injury when using toys.

6. Roller skates and skates are accompanied by information indicating the need to use such toys with protective equipment, as well as precautions when using toys to avoid accidents due to falls or collisions.

7. Toys for playing on the water should be provided with information about the use of toys in a shallow pond under adult supervision.

8. Information for the consumer can be provided in the form of a text document (passport, label, insert, instructions for use) accompanying a specific toy, or applied as a label directly to the toy or its packaging (consumer packaging).

9. Information for the consumer must be provided in the state and Russian languages in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan". Some of the information may be abbreviated if the abbreviation allows you to identify the manufacturer or the person who places the products on the market.

10. The conformity of the products with the stated information is a mandatory requirement for the manufacturer or the person placing the products on the market.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
