1. The seller (manufacturer, contractor) is obliged to inform the consumer of its name (brand name), location (legal address) and mode of operation, posting the specified information in Kazakh and Russian languages that comply with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan" at the place of sale of goods (performance of work, provision of services).

The seller (manufacturer, performer), who is an individual entrepreneur, must also provide the consumer with information about his last name, first name, patronymic (if any), as well as about the state registration and the name of the body that carried out his registration as an individual entrepreneur.

2. If the type of activity carried out by the seller (manufacturer, performer) is subject to licensing, the consumer must be provided with information about the license, its validity period, and the state body that issued it in Kazakh and Russian, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as an opportunity to familiarize himself with the consumer's request. with the original or a notarized copy of the license.

3. The information provided for in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article must also be brought to the consumer's attention when carrying out trade, household and other types of consumer services outside the permanent location of the seller (manufacturer, contractor), in temporary premises, at fairs, from stalls and in other cases.

4. The seller (manufacturer, contractor) is obliged to inform the consumer of his contact information (address and phone number) and contact information (address and phone number) of the authorized body, the conditions for the sale of goods (performance of work, provision of services), as well as information about the obligations of the seller (manufacturer, contractor) when selling goods (performance of work provide a document confirming the purchase of goods (performance of work, provision of services), or a contract concluded upon the purchase of goods (performance of work, provision of services), by posting the specified information in Kazakh and Russian, which meets the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", at the place of sale of the goods (work, service).

The requirements provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article and part one of this paragraph apply to sellers (manufacturers, performers) in electronic commerce, subject to the requirements of paragraph 2 of Article 33-2 of this Law.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of consumer protection, as well as measures to provide consumers with safe and high-quality goods (works, services).
