Article 20. measures for the provision and liquidation of emergency situations 5. management of electric power facilities at emergency situations in the unified Electric Power System Of The Republic of Kazakhstan law on Electric Power Industry
1.the draft law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05.07.2011 No. 452-IV (introduced as of 13.10.2011).
2.for the provision or liquidation of system accidents, the system operator has a reserve of beloved energy-saving organizations (as a deposit, as well as for the development of generating capacity), which are not subject to the form of property and autonomous consumers.
3. at the need to change the generating capacity of hydroelectric power plants for the provision or liquidation of emergency settlements, the system operator has the right to promptly introduce changes in fixed schedules of water flows through the hydraulic system for the use of regulatory capacity of hydroelectric power plants.
4.If there is an imbalance in the output of electric energy, which is not reflected in the balanced market, in order to support the standard part of the electric current in the unified electric power system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the system operator has the right to cooperate in the sale of electric energy.
