Article 53. The procedure for the implementation of this Law The Law on Permits and Notifications
1. This Law shall enter into force six months after the date of its first official publication.
1-1. Suspend until April 1, 2026 the operation of paragraph 9, column 3 and 4, line 3 of Appendix 1 of this Law.
2. This Law regulates public relations related to the introduction and implementation of a permissive or notification procedure for the implementation by private business entities and other persons of certain types of activities or actions provided for by this Law.
