Article 26. The involvement of the accused in the work of the Law On the procedure and conditions of detention of persons in Special institutions, special premises providing temporary isolation from Society  

     1. If there are appropriate conditions, the accused, at their request, are employed in the territory of pre-trial detention facilities in accordance with the established procedure.

     2. The wages of the accused, after deductions provided for by law, are transferred to their personal accounts.  

     3. The involvement of the accused in labor should not prevent the conduct of a preliminary investigation and inquiry.  

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 1999 No. 353-I.

     This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
