Article 312. Production and trafficking of materials or objects with pornographic images of minors or their involvement in spectacular pornographic events of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1 Production, storage or transportation across the State border of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of distribution, public demonstration or advertising, or distribution, public demonstration or advertising of materials or objects with pornographic images of minors –
are punishable by imprisonment for a term of three to six years with confiscation of property.
2 Attracting minors to participate as models or actors in the manufacture of pornographic materials and (or) objects, as well as as performers in entertainment events of a pornographic nature by a person who has reached the age of eighteen, –
is punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with confiscation of property, with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
3 The acts provided for in the first or second parts of this Article, committed:
1) by a parent, teacher or other person who is charged by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the duties of raising a minor;
2) in relation to a known minor;
3) a group of persons by prior agreement or a criminal group;
4) repeatedly, –
are punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years with confiscation of property, with life imprisonment for the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities.
