Article 62. Conducting a forensic examination with the involvement of judicial experts from a foreign state of the Law on Forensic Expertise
The body (person) that appointed the forensic examination has the right to involve a specialist from a foreign state in the field of forensic examination as a judicial expert in accordance with the procedure established by law, on its own initiative or at the request of the head of the forensic examination body.
Conducting a forensic examination with the participation of judicial experts from foreign countries is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the procedural legislation of the country of the forensic expert, as well as this Law.
This Law regulates public relations in the implementation of forensic expertise in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
