Authorized body in the field of education:

1) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 02/18/2014 No. 175-V (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

2) ensures that local executive authorities monitor the needs of students and pupils who have been subjected to domestic violence in providing special social services in accordance with the standards for the provision of special social services;

3) participates in the development of regulatory legal acts in the field of prevention of domestic violence;

4) develops and implements in the practice of educational organizations programs and methods aimed at the formation of law-abiding behavior of students and pupils of educational organizations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
