Commissions on juvenile affairs and protection of their Rights:

1) interact with subjects of the prevention of domestic violence on the prevention of domestic violence among minors;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

3) submit proposals to local executive bodies on the adoption of organizational and practical measures aimed at preventing domestic violence among minors;

4) jointly with aid organizations, they organize and carry out measures for the prevention of domestic violence and rehabilitation of minors who have suffered from domestic violence.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
