Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of state policy in the field of prevention of domestic violence;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/03/2013 No. 124-V (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

3) ensures the interaction of subjects of the prevention of domestic violence and the coordination of their activities;

4) exercise other powers stipulated by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
