Article 16. Regulation of relations arising from the application of measures to prevent domestic violence Chapter 3. MEASURES TO PREVENT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE of the Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence

Regulation of relations arising from the application of measures to prevent domestic violence is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the prevention of offenses, taking into account the specifics established by this chapter.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
