Article 15. Organizations providing assistance to the Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence
1. Aid organizations:
1) carry out the reception of victims;
2) organize the provision of necessary psychological, pedagogical, medical, and legal assistance to victims, and, if necessary, send them to healthcare organizations for medical care and further rehabilitation;
3) provide temporary accommodation to victims in accordance with their capabilities;
3-1) provide special social services to victims, as well as apply in their interests to local executive bodies of districts and cities of regional significance with an application for the provision of guaranteed and (or) additional special social services provided in excess of the guaranteed amount.;
4) conduct psychocorrection programs with perpetrators of domestic violence;
5) inform the internal affairs bodies about the facts of domestic violence or the threat of their commission;
6) carry out legal explanatory work on the prevention of domestic violence;
7) interact with individuals and legal entities on the prevention of domestic violence.
Assistance provided by the sub-paragraphs 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) of the first part of this paragraph, turns out to be a victim regardless of the place of residence.
2. Assistance organizations are established by local executive bodies, as well as individuals and legal entities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Financing of the organization's assistance activities is carried out at the expense of budgetary funds and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
