Commissions on Women's Affairs and Family and Demographic Policy:

1) interact with subjects of the prevention of domestic violence on the prevention of domestic violence;

2) submit proposals to local executive bodies on the adoption of organizational and practical measures aimed at preventing domestic violence;

3) jointly with aid organizations, organize and carry out measures for the prevention of domestic violence and rehabilitation of victims.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
