Authorized body in the field of healthcare:

1) develops and implements methodological recommendations for the provision of medical and psychological assistance to victims in the practice of health organizations;

2) participates in the development of draft normative legal acts in the field of prevention of domestic violence;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07.07.2020 No. 361-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
