Healthcare organizations:

1) provide narcological, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic and preventive care and carry out medical rehabilitation of victims and perpetrators of domestic violence;

2) notify the internal affairs bodies of the facts of the victims' treatment and provision of medical assistance to them;

3) implement measures to prevent the non-medical use of psychoactive substances.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2009 No. 214-IV.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of domestic violence.
