Article 34. Introduction to national and world culture   Chapter 7. The child and society The Law on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan

  1. The state provides children with the opportunity to learn about the history, traditions and spiritual values of the people of Kazakhstan and the achievements of world culture.  

      2. The State encourages the creation of organizations for the development of creative and scientific abilities of children, the production of films and videos, television and radio programs, the publication of children's newspapers, magazines and books, and ensures their accessibility in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  

     3. The use of mass media, telecommunications networks, online platforms, literature, entertainment and other events that spread pornography, the cult of cruelty and violence, promote non-traditional sexual orientation, pedophilia, offend human dignity, have a harmful effect on children and contribute to the commission of offenses, is prosecuted.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 8, 2002 No. 345.

      This Law regulates relations arising in connection with the realization of the fundamental rights and legitimate interests of the child, guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the principles of prioritizing the preparation of children for a full-fledged life in society, the development of socially significant and creative activity in them, the education of high moral qualities, patriotism and citizenship, the formation of national identity based on universal human values. values of the world civilization.
