Article 7-16. Powers of internal affairs bodies in the framework of prevention, early detection of violations of children's rights, as well as taking measures to protect children's rights under the Law on the Rights of the Child in the Republic of Kazakhstan

The internal affairs bodies, within the limits of their competence, exercise the powers to protect the rights of children provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
