Article 19. Advantages of acquiring ownership of a historical and cultural monument under the Law on the Protection and Use of Historical and Cultural Heritage Sites

     The owners of parts of a monument of history and culture that are jointly owned have the pre-emptive right to acquire ownership of other parts of this monument of history and culture.

     The pre-emptive right to acquire other parts of a historical and cultural monument provided for in part one of this article also applies to cases where the buyer's property does not have the status of a historical and cultural monument.

     In the case of the public sale of a historical and cultural monument, the State has the right of pre-emptive purchase at a market (auction) price, with the exception of the cases established by the first and second parts of this article.
