Article 1080. Expenses to be paid at the expense of the inheritance of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
At the expense of the inheritance, before it is distributed among the heirs, claims for reimbursement of necessary expenses caused by the deathbed illness of the testator, expenses for the burial of the testator, expenses related to the protection, management of the inheritance, execution of the will, as well as payment of remuneration to the executor of the will or the trustee of the inheritance are subject to satisfaction. These claims are subject to satisfaction from the value of the inheritance primarily before all other claims, including those secured by collateral.
