Article 531. Circumstances to be established in cases of criminal offenses of minors CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In the course of a pre-trial investigation and judicial proceedings, except for the circumstances provided for in Article 113 of this Code that are subject to proof, in cases of minors, the following shall be established:
1) age of the minor (date, month, year of birth);
2) living conditions and upbringing of a minor;
3) the degree of intellectual, volitional and mental development, characteristics of character and temperament, needs and interests;
4) the influence of adults and other minors on the minor.
