Article 22-8. The application of measures of encouragement and punishment to minors held in special institutions and organizations of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Prevention of Child Neglect and Homelessness
1. The following incentive measures are established in special institutions and organizations:
1) an announcement of gratitude verbally or in an order that is attached to the minor's personal file;
2) early removal of a previously imposed penalty;
3) awarding with a diploma;
4) entry on the Board of Honor;
5) notification to parents, persons replacing them, or at the place of previous study about the pupil's good behavior and his success in studies and work;
6) awarding pennants and diplomas to the best class or group;
7) awarding the title of "Best in profession".
2. The following penalties may be applied to minors for violations of the regime and rules of internal order:
1) Warning;
2) the announcement of a reprimand verbally or in an order that is attached to the personal file of the minor;
3) discussion at a general meeting of minors, a group or a class, at the pedagogical council of educational organizations with a special regime of detention or a special educational organization.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
