Article 22-7. Duties of minors held in special institutions and Organizations of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency and the Prevention of Child Neglect and Homelessness
1. Minors held in special institutions and organizations are required to:
1) observe the regime of detention in special institutions and organizations established by this Law and internal regulations;
2) comply with the legal requirements of the administration of special institutions and organizations;
3) comply with hygiene and sanitation requirements;
4) not to commit intentional acts that endanger one's own life and the health of others;
5) not to commit acts degrading the dignity of employees of special institutions and organizations;
6) not to hinder employees of special institutions and organizations in the performance of their official duties;
7) comply with fire safety regulations;
8) take care of the property of special institutions and organizations;
9) attend training sessions.
2. Minors held in special institutions and organizations are prohibited from carrying objects, substances and foodstuffs that pose a danger to human life and health or can be used as an instrument of a criminal offense or to hinder the purposes of keeping minors in these institutions.
3. It is prohibited to involve minors in activities unrelated to the educational process and social rehabilitation.

This Law defines the legal, economic and social foundations of the activities of State bodies for the prevention of juvenile delinquency and the prevention of child neglect and homelessness.
