Article 152. Incentive measures applied in medium-security institutions for the detention of minors of the Penal Enforcement Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The following incentive measures may be applied to convicted persons for good behavior, conscientious attitude to work and study, active participation in the work of voluntary organizations and educational activities, along with those provided for in Article 128 of this Code:
1) granting the right to attend cultural, entertainment and sports events outside the institution, accompanied by staff;
2) granting the right to leave the institution accompanied by parents or close relatives.
Incentives applied to convicted persons in violation of the law are canceled by a reasoned decision of a higher official or by an act of prosecutorial supervision.
