 1. Individuals and legal entities have the right to commercial fishing if they have:

1) permits for the use of fish resources and other aquatic animals;

2) an agreement with the territorial subdivision of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries for the management of fisheries.

2. Individuals and legal entities have the right to scientific research and reclamation fishing, as well as fishing for reproductive purposes, if they have a permit to use fish resources and other aquatic animals, and permits to use fish resources and other aquatic animals or permits for amateur (sports) fishing.

3. Control fishing is carried out by a territorial subdivision of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries without permission to use fish resources and other aquatic animals in accordance with the procedure established by the rules of fishing.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, as well as the conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds and is aimed at ensuring conditions for the conservation of wildlife and its biological diversity, sustainable use of wildlife in order to meet environmental, economic, aesthetic and other human needs, taking into account the interests of present and future generations..
