Article 53. Acts of officials of the department of the authorized body and its territorial subdivisions exercising state control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife of the Law on Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife
1. In order to take legal measures based on the results of state control and supervision, depending on the established violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife by officials of the department of the authorized body or the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries and their territorial divisions, carrying out state control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and the use of wildlife, the following acts are issued:
1) Protocol on administrative offences;
1-1) verification report;
2) an order to eliminate violations of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife;
3) resolution on bringing the perpetrators to administrative responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife;
4) protocol on the seizure of tools for the illegal extraction of wildlife, as well as firearms used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, prohibited types of mining tools and illegally extracted wildlife, their derivatives and products of vital activity, swimming and vehicles for temporary storage until a court ruling solutions.
2. Acts of officials of the department of the authorized body and its territorial subdivisions exercising state control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife are mandatory for individuals and legal entities.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 593.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, as well as the conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds and is aimed at ensuring conditions for the conservation of wildlife and its biological diversity, sustainable use of wildlife in order to meet environmental, economic, aesthetic and other human needs, taking into account the interests of present and future generations..
