Article 51. Officials exercising state control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife of the Law on Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife
1. The head of the department of the authorized body is simultaneously the chief state Inspector for the protection of wildlife of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The head of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries is simultaneously the chief State inspector for the protection of fish resources and other aquatic animals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The deputy heads of the department of the authorized body responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife are simultaneously deputy Chief State Inspector for the protection of wildlife of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The deputy heads of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries, responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other aquatic animals, are ex officio simultaneously deputy Chief State Inspector for the protection of fish resources and other aquatic animals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The head of the territorial subdivision of the department of the authorized body is simultaneously the chief state inspector for the protection of wildlife of the relevant region.
The head of the territorial division of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries is simultaneously the chief State inspector for the protection of fish resources and other aquatic animals of the relevant region (basin).
4. The deputy heads of the territorial division of the department of the authorized body in charge of regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife are simultaneously deputy Chief State Inspector for the protection of wildlife of the relevant area.
The deputy heads of the territorial division of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries, responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other aquatic animals, are ex officio simultaneously deputy Chief State Inspector for the protection of fish resources and other aquatic animals of the relevant area (basin).
5. The heads of the structural divisions of the department of the authorized body responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife are simultaneously senior state inspectors for the protection of wildlife of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and specialists of the department of the authorized body responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife., – state inspectors for the protection of wildlife of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The heads of structural divisions of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries, responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other aquatic animals, are simultaneously senior state inspectors for the protection of fish resources and other aquatic animals of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and specialists of the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries, responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of environmental protection, reproduction and use of fish resources and other aquatic animals, – by the state inspectors for the protection of fish resources and other aquatic animals of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
6. Heads of structural divisions of territorial divisions of the department of the authorized body responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife are simultaneously senior state inspectors for the protection of wildlife in the relevant field, and specialists responsible for regulation, control and supervision in the field of protection, reproduction and use of animals. of the world, – by the state inspectors for the protection of wildlife of the relevant area.
