Article 43-2. Subsidizing fisheries The Law on the Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2025 No. 194-VIII SAM.

1. Subsidization of fisheries is carried out as an economic incentive for the development of fisheries under the conditions of:

1) the economic efficiency of subsidies aimed at the development of fisheries;

2) improving the quality and competitiveness of fish products.

2. Subsidization of fisheries is carried out in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body in the following areas::

1) increasing the productivity and quality of aquaculture (fish farming) products, as well as the development of breeding fish farming;

2) reimbursement of part of the expenses incurred by the fishing industry entity in case of investment investments;

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, as well as the conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds and is aimed at ensuring conditions for the conservation of wildlife and its biological diversity, sustainable use of wildlife in order to meet environmental, economic, aesthetic and other human needs, taking into account the interests of present and future generations..
