Article 25. Terms of use of the animal world of the Law on the Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife

 1. Terms of use are not established for the general use of the animal world.

2. Deadlines are set for the special use of wildlife:

1) in the case of hunting - from ten to forty-nine years;

2) in the case of fisheries - from five to forty-nine years, and in flood-prone reservoirs and (or) areas - from one to five years.

The time limits specified in subparagraph 1) of part one of this paragraph are established depending on the period of securing hunting grounds, determined by the competition commission, which includes representatives of the authorized body or department with its territorial divisions, the local executive body of the region, scientific organizations and republican associations of public associations of hunters and hunting subjects on the basis of inter-farm hunting management, qualification requirements for the participants of the competition for securing hunting grounds, the plan of development of subjects of hunting economy.

The time limits specified in subparagraph 2) of the first part of this paragraph are established by the department of the authorized body in the field of fisheries or its territorial subdivisions on the basis of certification of fishery reservoirs and (or) sites.

The terms of use of the animal world for the types of use of the animal world not listed in the first part of this paragraph are not more than one year.
