Article 6-1. The system of ensuring the protection, reproduction and sustainable use of wildlife, conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds The Law on the Protection, Reproduction and Use of Wildlife

1. The system of ensuring the protection, reproduction and sustainable use of wildlife includes:

1) The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the authorized body, including its department with territorial divisions;

3) other state bodies engaged in activities in the field of protection, reproduction and sustainable use of wildlife;

4) local government bodies;

5) Specialized organizations;

6) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 25.01.2012 No. 548-IV (effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication);

7) scientific organizations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife;

8) subjects of hunting and fishing farms;

9) republican associations of public associations of hunters and hunting subjects, as well as public associations of fishermen and fishing subjects.

2. The system of ensuring the preservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds includes:

1) the authorized body, the department of the authorized body and its territorial divisions;

2) other state bodies engaged in activities in the field of conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds;

3) National Center of Kazakh Dog Breeds;

4) individuals and legal entities engaged in dog training activities.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 593.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of protection, reproduction and use of wildlife, as well as the conservation and reproduction of Kazakh dog breeds and is aimed at ensuring conditions for the conservation of wildlife and its biological diversity, sustainable use of wildlife in order to meet environmental, economic, aesthetic and other human needs, taking into account the interests of present and future generations..
