Article 143. The authorized capital of a state-owned enterprise on the right of economic management The Law on State Property
1. The size of the authorized capital of a state-owned enterprise on the right of economic management is determined by its founder, but may not exceed the total value of the property transferred to the state-owned enterprise on the right of economic management and be less than ten thousand times the monthly calculation index established on the date of state registration of the state enterprise on the right of economic management.
The amount of the authorized capital is indicated in the charter of the state enterprise on the right of economic management.
The authorized capital must be fully formed by the owner (founder) by the time of the state registration of the state enterprise on the right of economic management.
2. If the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on certain types of entrepreneurial activity establish other procedures for the formation and size of the authorized capital, then state-owned enterprises on the right of economic management form them in the amounts provided for by these laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but not less than specified in paragraph 1 of this Article.
