Article 10. The minimum amount of the authorized capital of the company Chapter 3. The authorized capital of the company The Law on Joint-Stock Companies
The minimum size of the company's authorized capital is 50,000 times the monthly calculation index established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the republican budget for the relevant financial year.
The requirements for the minimum size of the company's authorized capital, established by the first part of this article, do not apply to a company operating as an investment privatization fund and commodity exchanges.

This Law defines the legal status, procedure for the establishment, operation, reorganization and liquidation of a joint-stock company; the rights and obligations of shareholders, as well as measures to protect their rights and interests; the competence, procedure for the formation and functioning of the bodies of a joint-stock company; the powers, procedure for the election and responsibility of its officials.
