Article 44-2. The Charter of the Association of Property Owners of the Law on Housing Relations
1. The charter of the association of property owners should provide for:
name, subject and objectives of the activity, location of the association of property owners;
the structure, formation procedure and competence of management bodies;
the rights and obligations of owners of apartments, non-residential premises, parking spaces, storerooms;
sources of property formation associations of property owners;
the procedure for making amendments and additions to the charter of the association of property owners;
the procedure for the use of property in the event of liquidation, the conditions for the reorganization and termination of the activities of the association of property owners.
The charter of the association of property owners may contain other provisions that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. The association of property owners has the right to carry out its activities on the basis of a standard charter.
