Article 41. The charter of the educational organization The Law on Education
1. The charter of an educational organization, in addition to the requirements stipulated by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, must contain:
1) the list of educational programs being implemented;
2) the procedure for admission to an educational organization;
3) the order of organization of the educational process (including the language(s) of education and upbringing, the mode of classes of students, pupils);
4) the system of ongoing knowledge control, intermediate and final certification of students, the forms and procedure for their implementation;
4-1) the grounds and procedure for the expulsion of students, pupils;
5) the list and procedure for providing paid services;
6) the procedure for registration of educational organization's relations with students, pupils and (or) their parents and other legal representatives.
2. The charter of an educational organization may contain other provisions related to its activities that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. The charter of the educational organization is approved in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 No. 319-III.
This Law regulates public relations in the field of education, defines the basic principles of state policy in this field and is aimed at ensuring the constitutional right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreigners and stateless persons permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to education.
