Article 46. Reports on the management of the condominium facility of the Housing Relations Act

     1. The chairman of the association of property owners or the entity managing the condominium facility presents the owners of apartments, non-residential premises, parking spaces, storerooms, and the council of the house through informatization facilities in the field of housing relations and housing and communal services and (or) by placing in publicly accessible places: 

      The monthly report on the management of the condominium facility is until the twentieth day of the month following the reporting period.;  

     The annual report on the management of the condominium facility is due by April 1 of the year following the reporting year. 

     The monthly and annual reports on the management of the condominium facility should reflect additional costs that are not related to the costs of managing the condominium facility (if any). 

     Monthly and annual reports on the management of the condominium facility are submitted taking into account the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and their protection.
