Article 15. Charter of a charitable organization The Law on Charity
1. A charitable organization operates on the basis of its charter.
2. The charter of the charitable organization contains:
1) the name, subject and purpose of the activity;
2) location;
3) the structure, formation procedure and competence of the governing bodies;
4) the rights and obligations of members (participants) of a charitable organization;
5) sources of property formation;
6) the procedure for making amendments and additions to the constituent documents;
7) conditions of reorganization and termination of activity;
8) the procedure for the use of property in case of liquidation;
9) information about branches and representative offices.
3. The charter of a charitable organization may also contain other provisions that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
