Article 78. The authorized capital of a limited liability partnership of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The amount of the authorized capital is determined by the founders (participants) of a limited liability partnership and may not be less than the minimum amount established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The minimum amount of the authorized capital of organizations engaged in microfinance activities established in the form of limited liability partnerships is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on microfinance activities.
The minimum amount of the authorized capital of collection agencies established in the form of a limited liability partnership is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on collection activities.
The minimum amount of the authorized capital of payment organizations established in the form of a limited liability partnership is determined by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on payments and payment systems.
