Article 16. The authorized capital of the Development Bank of the Law On the Development Bank of Kazakhstan
1. The authorized capital of the Development Bank is at least two hundred and fifty billion tenge.
2. For the purposes of ensuring the financial stability of the Development Bank, the authorized body in the field of state planning determines the financial stability parameters (coefficients) of the Development Bank, their thresholds and calculation methods.
If the financial stability parameters (coefficients) are expected to deteriorate and the thresholds for at least one of the parameters (coefficients) are reached, the authorized capital of the Development Bank may be increased in accordance with the procedures established by the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The authorized capital may also be increased in other cases in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The maximum ratio of the loan portfolio to assets is set by the Memorandum.
