Article 702. Structural divisions of the internal affairs bodies, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan that carry out state sanitary and epidemiological control and supervision of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 702. Structural divisions of the internal affairs bodies, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan that carry out state sanitary and epidemiological control and supervision of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

     1. Structural divisions of the internal affairs bodies, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, carrying out state sanitary and epidemiological control and supervision, consider cases of administrative offenses provided for in Article 425 (part one) of this Code on violations of sanitary rules and hygienic standards at facilities, respectively: subordinate to the internal affairs bodies and the Committee National Security of the Republic of Kazakhstan; located on the territory of military camps and training centers of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The heads and their deputies or authorized officials of the structural divisions of the internal affairs bodies, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who carry out state sanitary and epidemiological control and supervision, have the right to consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties.

A serviceman dismissed from his post by order of the Minister of Defense retains all the rights established for military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the expense of estimates and funds of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Failure to comply with this requirement entails a violation of uniformity in the interpretation and application of legal norms by courts.
