Article 11. Functions of organizations, regardless of their forms of ownership, in the field of defense The Law on Defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Organizations regardless of their forms of ownership in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) participate in the implementation of civil defense and territorial defense measures of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18.03.2019 No. 237-VI (effective twenty-one calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 18.03.2019 No. 237-VI (effective twenty-one calendar days after the date of its first official publication);
4) during the period of mobilization and martial law, provide the property necessary for the needs of defense, which is in their possession, with subsequent reimbursement of its value by the state in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.;
5) create the necessary conditions for their employees to perform their military duties;
6) create special formations and provide them with logistical means, as well as carry out measures for engineering and technical fortification and anti-sabotage security of subordinate facilities, if any.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of organization of defense and the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the functions and powers of state bodies in ensuring the country's defense capability, the rights and obligations of citizens and organizations in the field of defense.
