Article 106. The size of the electoral fund of a political party, candidate for deputy of the Maslikhat of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. Candidates running on party lists nominated by political parties may not establish their own electoral funds.
2. The electoral funds of political parties for each party list are formed from:
1) the political party's own funds, the total amount of which should not exceed the minimum wage established by law by more than a thousand times;
2) voluntary donations from citizens and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the total amount of which should not exceed the minimum wage established by law by more than two thousand times.
The maximum amount of voluntary donations from an individual in aggregate should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than fifty times and a legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan – by a total of more than two hundred and fifty times.
3. The electoral fund of a candidate for deputy of maslikhats of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital shall be formed by:
1) the candidate's own funds, the total amount of which should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than one hundred times;
2) voluntary donations from citizens and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the total amount of which should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than two hundred times.
The maximum amount of voluntary donations from an individual in aggregate should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than ten times and a legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan – by a total of more than twenty-five times.
4. The electoral fund of a candidate for deputy of maslikhats of districts and cities shall be formed by:
1) the candidate's own funds, the total amount of which should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than fifty times;
2) voluntary donations from citizens and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the total amount of which should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than one hundred times.
The maximum amount of voluntary donations by an individual in aggregate should not exceed the minimum wage established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan by more than five times and by a legal entity of the Republic of Kazakhstan – by a total of more than fifteen times.
